1. Data controller

The controller for personal data processed through CronLume is the operator identified in the Legal Notice. Privacy requests can be sent to info@cronlume.com.

2. Data we process

  • Account and profile data, including name, email, password hash, role, telephone number, country and timezone.
  • Workspace and billing data, including organization, billing contact, address, tax identifier and subscription information.
  • Cron configuration data, including endpoint URLs, schedules, encrypted headers, request bodies, groups, categories and client references.
  • Operational data, including executions, response times, HTTP status, response excerpts, incidents, alerts and worker health.
  • Security and technical data, including IP address, audit events, API-key metadata and session information.
  • AI livechat data, including the name, email, consent, complete conversation, feedback, source page, referrer, browser timezone, screen size, user agent, IP address, model identifiers, selected knowledge sources, latency, token usage and calculated cost. Recognizable credentials and payment-card patterns are redacted for safety.
  • Public-site analytics data, including visited pages, referrer, device and browser characteristics, approximate location and interaction events collected through Google Analytics.
  • Communications and support requests sent to CronLume.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to provide and secure the service, execute requested cron jobs, detect incidents, deliver alerts, administer accounts and billing, respond to support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the legal basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a professional service, compliance with law, or consent where specifically requested.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be shared only as necessary with infrastructure, database, hosting, security, analytics, AI and transactional-email providers, including OpenAI for generating answers from approved CronLume knowledge, Google Analytics for public-site measurement and SMSMobileAPI for email delivery. Livechat is restricted to general product support and must not be used to submit credentials or confidential account data. Professional advisers and authorities may receive information where legally required. CronLume does not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, CronLume will rely on an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, and will assess supplementary safeguards where required.

6. Retention

Account and workspace information is retained while the account is active. Execution history follows the workspace retention setting. Livechat conversations, identity, technical context and AI-usage evidence are retained for support quality, security and cost auditing until archived and removed under the applicable support-retention policy or a valid deletion request. Security, billing and legal records may be retained longer where necessary for compliance, dispute resolution or fraud prevention. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle expires.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may delete your account through the account-deletion page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

CronLume uses access controls, password hashing, encrypted sensitive configuration, revocable API keys, audit records and secure transport in production. No security measure eliminates every risk; users must protect credentials and configure endpoints according to professional security practices.

9. Children

CronLume is a professional operations service and is not directed to children. Accounts must not be created by persons who cannot legally enter into the applicable agreement.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details where appropriate. Questions and rights requests may be sent to info@cronlume.com.
